    As a member of the IASEA, you are also a member of the Idaho Association of School Administrators (IASA), whose vision is to unify the voice of Idaho's education leaders. 
    Legislative Voice
    The IASEA devotes significant time and resources to advocacy activities. 
    Professional Development
    IASEA members receive discounts  to attend the IASA Summer Leadership Conference, IASEA Blue Jeans Workshop, Fall Law Conference, Project Leadership, and other scheduled workshops and training sessions. 
    Leadership Opportunities
    IASEA members serve on state committees that address the issues impacting special education in Idaho, including SBAC/NCSC administration, Medicaid policy and implementation, and ISEE upload improvements. 
    Professional Peer Networking
    Regular regional meetings provide you with the opportunity to discuss and clarify issues that are relevant to you, to seek advice, and to brainstorm solutions.   
    The IASEA celebrates exemplary special education administrators and special education advocates through its Outstanding Special Education Administrator and Distinguished Service Awards.
    Legal Referral/Advice
    IASEA members are eligible to receive up to $300 in contract-related legal assistance benefits.
    Membership runs from July 1 to June 30 of each year and is renewed annually. Payment for membership may be made by district check, personal check, credit card or payroll deduction.  See the attached flyer for membership rates.
